Our Raccoons

Our raccoons are our global staff. This makes them special when compared to "normal" staff members for a specific service:

• A raccoon's decision outrules that of a normal staff member

• A raccoon / global staff has said staff status absolutely everywhere; it is not bound to a service

This ends up in 3 support levels:

1. The administration

2. The raccoons

3. Service-specific staff
